Project Management Specialist

- Planning and execution of projects.

- Make report of project schedule

- Track project performance

- Project evaluations and results measurement.

- Manage project administration, including controlling documentation accuracy and consistency

- Report regularly to Project Manager

- Lead weekly meetings to cover project progress

- Responsible for delivering project (schedule, quality) on the current project assignment.

- Utilizes communication skills to provide regular projects updates to the client and their representatives.

- Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects across different functions (IT, Warehouse Operation, Transportation Operation, etc.) & external stakeholders (client, subcontractors).

-         Able to identify and mitigate risks.

-         Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

-         Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.

-         Ability to instruct or coach junior colleagues.

-         Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

-         Demonstrated ability to schedule complex work with dependencies.

-         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-         Professional, detail oriented, result oriented, methodical, and organized.

-         Proficient with the MS Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.

-         Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills.

-         Previous experience in a project management position.

-         Bachelor Degree.

-         Experience with project scheduling.

-         Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
