        Mô tả Công việc

        • Familiarize with and advise the project team on the local authorities’ approval requirements and procedures, and to liaise with project team to obtain all necessary permits and technical approvals as planned
        • Carry out the planning and feasibility study analysis of potential new projects
        • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks in project
        • Critically scrutinize specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure that the project goals are met
        • Advise the project team in all stages of projects, from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design to construction, commissioning and handover upon completion, cost and quality standards
        • Collaborate with project team to determine the specifications of the project
        • Prepare/develop budget and program for planning, approval, and monitoring purposes
        • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
        • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
        • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
        • Responsible for Inspect site progress, safety, and quality of works as client’s representative to ensure that the required project quality control and construction practices are met
        • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
        • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
        • Manage project according to HSE standards, Group & Local regulations
        • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

        Yêu Cầu Công Việc

        • University graduate in Engineering fields, prefer to Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Industrial Engineering
        • Minimum  5 - 7 years of proven working experience as Project Manager
        • Experience in Factory or Building projects with high standard of finishes
        • Effective project & time management skills, strong cost and risk management skills, customer-oriented mindset
        • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good reporting skills, and effective problem solving ability
        • Must communicate fluently in English
        • Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office
