- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resource planning, and governance.
- Lead Core Banking upgrade activities across business and technology teams.
- Work closely with Finance/Accounting teams to ensure GL and accounting requirements are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with banking, security, and audit requirements.
- Report project status and key milestones to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in IT Project Management within Banking/Financial Services OR 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Banking with strong understanding of IT/Business Analyst language.
- Proven experience delivering Core Banking implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE is highly preferred.
- PMP / Agile certification is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills.
- Good English proficiency.
