Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will act as the bridge between our teams in Vietnam and our client in China, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Vietnam-based teams and the client in China.

- Oversee and manage the Digital Marketing (DM) and Field Operations (FO) teams to ensure project milestones & marketing KPIs are met.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and any issues.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations.

- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

- Provide regular updates to the client in China, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

- Willing to provide support out of working hours if required

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor's or College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Digital Marketing and/or Field Operations.

- Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken), level HSK4 at least.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in managing projects for art exhibitions or similar events.

- Knowledge of the local market and cultural nuances in Vietnam and China.
