Project manager

• Responsible for the overall management and successful execution of assigned projects
• Act as the main focal point for communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly meetings: Coordination project meeting, Subcontractor & HSE Meeting , Management Meeting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress, including master schedules, project tasks, and work performance.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
• Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments, using appropriate control and verification methods.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Regularly report on project progress, key/critical issues, risks, and impacts on the project. And follow the requirements and directives from Management.
• Support the implementation of HSE plans to achieve maximum effectiveness.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and ensure their satisfaction on project completion after building.
• Review of purchase requisition & purchase order.Expedite of material purchase to be-in-line with projection schedule.
• Liaise with the Accounts Department on project costing matters and supporting documents for payment milestones.
• Coordinnate with Engineering department to ensure timely support for production planning
• Monitor and expedite fabrication progress from construction to delivery.
• Sharing lesson learnt and improvement to prevent future / repeated issues during fabrication stage.

• Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Participate in 3 offshore /  oil and gas / marine / steel fabrication, and installation projects in the position of Project Engineer or higher.
• Suitable for those who can work under pressure, like to seize the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge through continuous training or learning.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant past experiences in Steelwork/Structure fabrication, construction, erection, assembly, and testing.
• Knowledge in structure, mechnical & E&I is an added advantage
