A leader in finishing materials, interior equipment, MEP, and architecture. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead our Project Business Department, drive high-level partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual and quarterly project business plans, including revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
- Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Project Specialists to achieve at least 80% of their assigned KPIs.
- Market Expansion: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Investors (CĐT), Consultants, and Strategic General Contractors.
- Project Oversight: Supervise the full project lifecycle from design, sample submission, and contract signing to delivery, acceptance, and payment.
- Financial Management: Control project costs (hospitality, sales expenses) and manage team debt recovery to ensure healthy cash flow.
