1. Achieve annual sales target in assigned area of market.
- Achieve sales Delivery target with sustainable growth in alignment with grow strategy of Lixil’s project business
- Achieve sales Contract target with sustainable growth in alignment with grow strategy of Lixil’s project business
- Develop and deliver opportunities through all relevant channels, obtain pipeline for target sales
- Aggressively expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers in the area of responsibility to increase market coverage, achieve sustainable sales pipeline.
Cooperating with specification team, sales support team & distributors in order to achieve 30% winning rate;
2. Keep close to the market movement to adjust activity to ensure continuous grow in sales
3. Co-ordinate with customer services department, production, technical services and logistics to ensure prompt delivery, good technical service and product availability to customers' needs;
4. Often responsible for project sales database update, on time submission of report & forecast potential future projects;
5. Report to project sales leader;

- University degree
- 2 years in Project sales.
