Project SSHE Officer (1 year contract ) – Hung Yen

- Coordinate with Project Engineer to lead and manage all related building work (architect, structure, civil) from design, procurement, construction management.

- Manage consultant to make complete and right design according to company standards (safety, hygienic), comply with local regulation, full fill operation requirements.

- Ensure the correct execution of building requirement by cooperating with civil contractor and process engineer from design, construction, installation and commission

- Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

- Reviewing the project plans in overall to ensure that the civil work align the timeline with all other contractors who work in the same area.

- Execute safety and compliance with all construction work

- Strictly coordinate with a project planner to control timeline with defined actions for any unplanned situation

-       Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.

-       Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer may be required.

-       A minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.

-       Food plant principles and hygienic engineering

-       Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.

-       Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.

-       Minimum 3 years in construction management for factory project, F&B project in advance. Construction project size about 5mio USD, more involve in construction management

-       Experience in coordinating the work of consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

-       Practical experience of construction site safety from participation in complex, major projects with tight timelines.

-       Construction quality assurance/Quality control plan

-       Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management

-       Good knowledge of building structure and finishing work (Civil, Structure, Architect)

-       Knowledge of basic mechanical construction (pumps, valves, piping)

-       Knowledge of basic HVAC system
