Property Manager

• To calculate revenue, operating expenses, management cost, parking fee for each project.
• To select service providers within budgeted management fee allocation.
• Having good customer service and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Ensure that the operating expenses for buildings do not exceed budgets approved by BOD.
• Ensure high standard of services of Security, Cleaning, Landscape, Pest Control, etc.
• Ensure that the technical equipment in the building is operated in accordance with the manufacturers’ standard and meeting all safety requirements.
• Ensure proper operation of the building in accordance with the law.
• Ensure the overall beauty of the buildings.
• Control services in a building such as parking lot, swimming pool, community room, children's play room, Gym
• room, etc. and ensure high-end quality for residents. Saving energy, water and other extra costs
• Control tenants such as banks, restaurants (if any), other services to make sure they follow the standard of the building regulations related to fire prevention and fighting, safety, general beauty, high-end services ...
• Ensure the insurance for the building at a reasonable cost and followed the law.
• Preparing for establishment of the Management Board and for handover to the Management Board.
• Assisting and coordinate with related departments for company’s events. To carry out assigned duties from superiors.

• Education Bachelor, Postgraduate (preferred education background major at Business administration, restaurant, economics,..)
• Experience: At least 05 years at building management/ high-end apartment management/ project management; And at least 02 years experience as Property Manager
• Preferred candidates have experience in Real Estate Development, Manufactory, Factory
• Good at English communication skills
• Prefer candidate can communication in Chinese.
• Well-organized and effective management skill
