Customer Development & Sales
- Identify, approach, and develop new international buyers (importers, roasters, distributors) in assigned markets/regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and stable business volume.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate price, volume, and payment terms within company-approved guidelines.
Order & Contract Management
- Prepare sales contracts and coordinate with Logistics, QC, and Production to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
- Track order fulfillment, shipping documents, and follow up on customer payments.
- Monitor market prices (pepper, coffee, cashew, spices) to support pricing and negotiation decisions.
Market Research & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand in assigned markets.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for the Agricultural Export Business Manager.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM/data system.
General Support
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits as required.
- Coordinate with related departments (QC, Production, Logistics, Accounting) to resolve customer issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Agricultural Export Business Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade/Business, Economics, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/export, preferably in agricultural products, food, or FMCG export.
- Good English communication (written and spoken); additional language (French, Spanish, German...) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willing to travel domestically/internationally for customer visits and trade fairs when required.
