Purchase Executive

Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices

Work with database to optimize the access to information

Negotiating prices and contracts. Align with Cost Estimation for competitive price during budgeting/ bidding stage based on market standards/ internal bidding process

Reviewing technical specifications for materials components, equipment or buildings.

Determining quantity and timing of deliveries.

Requirements:

Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)

Collaborative (know how to work with other department flexibly to solve problems)

Client-Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)

Proactive (willing to take part and support in cost estimation work when needed)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience required

2 years + experience in purchase, preferably in construction field

Excellent communication (both verbal and written)

Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Self-starter

Fluent in English
