Mô tả Công việc

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and services at the right quality, cost, and time to support uninterrupted operations across all company sites. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement efficiency, developing reliable supplier networks, driving cost‑saving initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with corporate standards. By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the position contributes directly to operational excellence, cost optimization, and the company’s long‑term supply chain sustainability.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers with appropriate quality, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Assess suppliers and develop strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Guide suppliers in preparing documents and necessary procedures to ensure timely payment.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement activities.
  • Follow all procurement processes and applications required by the corporation.
  • Fulfill purchasing requests for materials, equipment, and services from departments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to requesting departments.
  • Proactively propose appropriate and effective solutions.
  • Participate in building and maintaining the ISO system and related procedures.
  • Comply with the company’s procurement procedures and guidelines within assigned responsibilities.
  • Adhere to the internal regulations of the Purchasing Department.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Import–Export, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing. Knowledge of international trading procedures and import–export documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good negotiation, supplier sourcing, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other company-required applications.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Able to use English for business communication.
