PURCHASING MANAGER

-Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain management plans and strategies.

-Prepare budgets and forecast purchasing demand.

-Develop, evaluate, and maintain a network of strategic suppliers.

-Control purchasing costs.

-Establish the organizational structure of the purchasing department.

-Train and coach staff on analysis and risk assessment skills.

-Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

-At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the footwear industry.

- Foreign language communication (English or Chinese).

-Strong communication, negotiation, and logical thinking skills.
