Purchasing Staff (EPE)

We're hiring a Purchasing Staff (EPE, ID 17288) for a foreign investment - EPE company:

• Control import activities for the EPE company.
• Check customs declarations for imported goods.
• Handle procedures for obtaining import/export permits related to chemicals.
• Purchase raw materials, tools, equipment, spare parts, etc., for the company from domestic and international suppliers.
• Review and complete purchasing documents and supplier payment procedures on time.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to prepare annual customer reports.
• Perform other purchasing-related tasks and assignments as required by superiors.

• Male/Female, under 35 years old
• Bachelor's college or higher in economics, foreign trade...
• At least 02 years of purchasing staff in EPE company
• Have knowledge of law and Customs declaration operations; skills in searching and managing NCC; logistics knowledge.
• Good at English
