Purchasing Staff Recruitment

• Ensure timely and effective purchasing to serve production without affecting the company's production progress.
• Strengthen and develop relationships and transactions with suppliers.
• Manage materials for local and international procurement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to check and monitor the quality of purchased goods, ensuring compliance with technical standards and company requirements for electromechanical products.
• Collect request forms, obtain quotations from suppliers, submit for approval, purchase and deliver on schedule.
• Monitor delivery progress, ensure goods and services are provided on time.
• Handle delivery issues, such as delays or shortages of goods
• Prepare documents and files to send to the Finance and Accounting Department for payment procedures.
• Manage records, reports, documents, and store them scientifically and systematically.

• Male, 24-30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or supply chain management, logistics or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, purchasing machinery, equipment and electromechanical products in a manufacturing company.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Have planning, analysis, problem solving skills...
• English communication, reporting, reading and understanding of documents related to work.
