PURCHASING SUPERVISOR (Chinese Speaking)

1. Developing and executing purchasing strategies, tracking metrics, negotiating deals, and managing vendors.

2. In charge of supervising the process of sourcing and purchasing essential materials for a business’s operations.

3. Developing and implementing procurement strategies that optimize costs, maintain quality standards and mitigate supply chain risks.

4. Help identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial relationships to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services.

5. Purchasing manager is also responsible for inventory management, analyzing demand patterns and forecasting future needs to avoid shortages or excesses.

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. Proficency in Chinese

3. Team management skill, Strong leadership capabilities

4. Project / Time management Skill, Problem solving skill

5. Communication Skill

6. MS Office and ERP software operating skill

7. Ability to gather and analysis data and to work with figures.

8. Business Trip for meeting, conference or training will be required.
