QA Analyst - Fresh Graduate (Work Location: VSIP 2 - Binh Duong)

Plan, coordinate and execute all necessary activities for continuous improvement and compliance of Raw and Packaging Material Management to ensure a smooth flow in frontline operations to support the following goals: / Lên kế hoạch, phối hợp và thực hiện các hoạt đông cần thiết để cải tiến liên tục và quản lý nguồn nguyên liệu, bao bì tuân thủ quy chế, góp phần hỗ trợ các hoạt động nhằm đạt mục tiêu chung của nhà máy:

• On-time delivery of finished goods/ Giao hàng thành phẩm đúng lúc
• High quality products/ Sản phẩm thuốc đạt chất lượng cao
• Cost competitiveness/ Giá cả hợp lý

​Main responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Contact with suppliers to get the technical documents for supplier evaluation as per established SOP/ Liên hệ nhà cung cấp để nhận tài liệu hồ sơ để đánh giá theo quy trình đã được thiết lập
• Ensure that material part in ACTD registration for new product, renewal & extension are completed on-time/ Đảm bảo nội dung liên quan đến nguyên phụ liệu trong hồ sơ đăng ký sản phẩm mới, đăng ký mới, hồ sơ gia hạn hoàn chỉnh đúng hạn theo luật định
• Ensure compliance of material to local regulations, corporate directions and/or current pharmacopeia/ Đảm bảo sự phù hợp của nguyên vật liệu theo luật định trong nước, định hướng của Tập đoàn và/hoặc Dược điển
• Co-ordinate and provide active support to Validation Teams to make sure of applicability of trial materials before routine use/ Phối hợp và chủ động hỗ trợ nhóm thẩm định đảm bảo tính ứng dụng của nguyên vật liệu đang thử nghiệm trước khi sử dụng cho sản xuất thường quy
• Report occurrence of any deviation or technical problem within 24 hours of detection and recommend necessary measures to prevent occurrence of the same incident/ Báo cáo khi có sai biệt hoặc vấn đề về kĩ thuật trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ khi phát hiện và đề nghị giải pháp cần thiết để ngăn chặn sự cố tương tự
• Comply with change control requirements and ensure that no change is implemented without an approved change control document if applicable/ Tuân thủ theo các yêu cầu kiểm soát sự thay đổi và đảm bảo rằng không có bất kì sự thay đổi nào được áp dụng mà không được duyệt
• Provide timely report & action plan in the resolution of quality issues of material as needed. Conduct field investigation/supplier audit if necessary/ Cung cấp báo cáo đúng hạn và kế hoạch hành động xử lý nguyên liệu có sự cố chất lượng khi cần. Thực hiện điều tra/ thanh tra nhà cung cấp khi cần thiết
• Ensure compliance to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Ensure that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and truthful at all times/ Đảm bảo tuân thủ Thực hành tốt hồ sơ tài liệu (GDP). Đảm bảo các hồ sơ luôn được chính xác, cập nhật và đúng tại tất cả các thời điểm làm việc
• Development of alternate supplier, flexibility in raw material supply/ Phát triền nhà cung cấp dự phòng, tăng tính linh động trong việc cung ứng nguyên vật liệu
• On time report submission/ Báo cáo đúng hạn
• Participate in Operational Excellence (OE) programs in the QA Department/ Tham gia chương trình Tối ưu hóa vận hành (OE) trong bộ phận Đảm bảo chất lượng
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm khác được phân công.

Professional Background 

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Dược, Hóa học hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Can speak and write in English./ Có thể giao tiếp và viết tiếng Anh.
