QA Compliance Supervisor

 Chức năng/ Function

• Quản lý và điều phối các hoạt động tuân thủ sản phẩm và vật liệu của công ty.
  Manage and coordinate compliance activities related to company products and materials.
• Đảm bảo các sản phẩm đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và quy định pháp lý của các thị trường mục tiêu.
  Ensure that products comply with applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements of target markets.
• Quản lý hệ thống hồ sơ tuân thủ và các chứng chỉ sản phẩm.
  Manage compliance documentation systems and product certifications.
• Điều phối thử nghiệm với phòng thí nghiệm bên thứ ba và theo dõi tiến độ thử nghiệm.
  Coordinate third-party testing activities and monitor testing progress.
• Theo dõi và kiểm soát các rủi ro liên quan đến tuân thủ sản phẩm và vật liệu.
  Monitor and control risks related to product and material compliance.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật các yêu cầu tuân thủ của thị trường, bao gồm các yêu cầu electrical compliance và các quy định liên quan.
  Monitor and update applicable compliance requirements, including electrical compliance and other regulatory requirements.

Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ/ Duties and Responsibilities

-         Quản lý hệ thống hồ sơ tuân thủ sản phẩm và vật liệu/Product and Material Compliance Management

·         Quản lý và duy trì hệ thống hồ sơ tuân thủ liên quan đến sản phẩm và vật liệu của công ty./Manage and maintain compliance documentation systems related to company products and materials.

·         Đảm bảo các chứng chỉ và hồ sơ tuân thủ được cập nhật đầy đủ và còn hiệu lực./Ensure compliance documentation and product certifications remain valid and up to date.

·         Kiểm tra và xác nhận tính đầy đủ và hợp lệ của các tài liệu tuân thủ từ nhà cung cấp./Review and verify the completeness and validity of supplier compliance documentation.

-         Điều phối thử nghiệm và chứng nhận/Testing and Certification Coordination

• • Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp thực hiện các chương trình thử nghiệm với các tổ chức thử nghiệm độc lập./Plan and coordinate testing programs with independent testing laboratories.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo việc thử nghiệm được thực hiện đúng kế hoạch và yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn./Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure testing activities are conducted according to schedule and applicable standards.
  • Theo dõi, tổng hợp và phân tích kết quả kiểm tra từ các bên thứ ba, báo cáo cấp trên và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến nếu cần./Monitor, compile, and analyze test results from third-party organizations, report to supervisors, and propose improvement solutions when necessary.
  • Kiểm tra và đánh giá các báo cáo thử nghiệm để xác nhận mức độ tuân thủ của sản phẩm./Review and evaluate testing reports to confirm product compliance.

-          Theo dõi và phân tích yêu cầu tuân thủ/Regulatory Requirement Monitoring

·         Theo dõi và cập nhật các tiêu chuẩn và quy định liên quan đến tuân thủ sản phẩm và vật liệu./Monitor and update standards and regulations related to product and material compliance.

·         Xác định các yêu cầu tuân thủ áp dụng cho sản phẩm theo từng thị trường xuất khẩu./Determine applicable compliance requirements for products according to target export markets.

·         Theo dõi các yêu cầu electrical compliance đối với các sản phẩm có linh kiện điện./Monitor electrical compliance requirements for products containing electrical components.

-          Kiểm soát rủi ro tuân thủ/Compliance Risk Control

•         Đánh giá và theo dõi các rủi ro liên quan đến tuân thủ sản phẩm và vật liệu./Evaluate and monitor compliance risks related to products and materials.

•         Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề tuân thủ khi phát sinh khiếu nại hoặc yêu cầu từ khách hàng hoặc cơ quan đánh giá./Coordinate resolution of compliance issues arising from customer complaints or regulatory requirements.

-          Hỗ trợ tuân thủ trong phát triển sản phẩm/Compliance Support in Product Development

·         Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xác định yêu cầu tuân thủ trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm mới./Coordinate with relevant departments to determine compliance requirements during new product development.

·         Tham gia đánh giá tuân thủ đối với các sản phẩm hoặc vật liệu mới trước khi đưa vào sản xuất./Participate in compliance evaluation for new products or materials before production.

-          Thực hiện các hiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên/Other Duties as Assigned

·         Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động tuân thủ được thực hiện hiệu quả./Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to ensure effective compliance operations.

Các chỉ số hiệu suất chính/Key Performance Indicators

-          Tỷ lệ sự cố hard compliance: 0 vụ việc /Hard compliance incident rate: 0 case.

-          Tỷ lệ chứng chỉ và hồ sơ tuân thủ còn hiệu lực: 100% /Validity rate of certificates and compliance documentation: 100%.

-          Tỷ lệ hoàn thành đúng tiến độ các chương trình thử nghiệm tuân thủ với bên thứ ba: ≥ 95% /On-time completion rate of third-party compliance testing programs: ≥ 95%.

-          Thời gian phản hồi các yêu cầu tuân thủ nội bộ hoặc từ khách hàng: trong vòng 48 giờ /Response time for internal or customer compliance requests: within 48 hours.

-          Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong QA, testing hoặc product compliance./Minimum 3–5 years experience in QA, testing, or product compliance.

-          Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các phòng thí nghiệm bên thứ ba./Experience working with third-party laboratories.

-          Có hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn tuân thủ sản phẩm và yêu cầu thị trường xuất khẩu./Knowledge of product compliance standards and export market regulations.

-          Có kiến thức về electrical compliance đối với các sản phẩm có linh kiện điện là lợi thế./Understanding of electrical compliance for products containing electrical components is an advantage.

-          Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). / Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-          Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả. / Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-          Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt. / Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
