Major duties:
This position requires direct interaction with customers and plays a key role in maintaining and improving product and system quality.
- Manage customer feedback and oversee system and product quality performance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) and be prepared to perform as an internal auditor.
- Participate in new product development projects as a Quality Assurance (QA) representative by analyzing risks, providing recommendations, and driving product quality improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and internal non-conformances
- Monitor and follow up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Conduct internal audits as scheduled and support external audits (2nd & 3rd party)
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and ensure processes are effective and meet customer requirements
- Support QMS-related projects and improvement programs
- Implement actions to achieve quality objectives
- Plan, execute, and monitor audit activities (pre-audit, audit, post-audit follow-up)
- Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze data and report improvement opportunities
- Support development of training plans related to QMS knowledge and skills
- Organize and coordinate internal audit activities
- Support preparation and follow-up for external audits
