Mô tả Công việc

Major duties:

This position requires direct interaction with customers and plays a key role in maintaining and improving product and system quality.

  1. Manage customer feedback and oversee system and product quality performance.
  2. Maintain strong knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) and be prepared to perform as an internal auditor.
  3. Participate in new product development projects as a Quality Assurance (QA) representative by analyzing risks, providing recommendations, and driving product quality improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and internal non-conformances
  • Monitor and follow up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Conduct internal audits as scheduled and support external audits (2nd & 3rd party)
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and ensure processes are effective and meet customer requirements
  • Support QMS-related projects and improvement programs
  • Implement actions to achieve quality objectives
  • Plan, execute, and monitor audit activities (pre-audit, audit, post-audit follow-up)
  • Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
  • Analyze data and report improvement opportunities
  • Support development of training plans related to QMS knowledge and skills
  • Organize and coordinate internal audit activities
  • Support preparation and follow-up for external audits

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Fluent English communication and written since you will daily interact with oversea customers.
  • OPEN FOR FRESHER or candidate who possess 1–2 years of experience working with QMS.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems, 7 quality tools, 8D
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in communication and able to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
