1. Supervise the process quality
- Analyze high-risk processes and implement systemic defect prevention actions.
- Lead teams to implement quality improvement projects.
2. Solve and defects analysis
- Record defect data and conduct root cause analysis using quality tools.
- Coordinate departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (8D report, CAPA).
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement actions
3. Establish and update quality standards
- Develop inspection standards for each stage of insole production
- Update new technical requirements from customers, communicate to production and QC department.
4. Training and guidance for QC staff and workers
- Train QC staff and operators on defect identification and inspection methods, using testing equipment.
- Quality awareness training for workers on the line.
5. Conduct periodic assessments and audits
- Conduct internal quality compliance audits.
- Support customer reception, factory quality assessment (if any)
6. Reporting and analysis of quality data
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly defects reports
- Analyze trends to make recommendations for process or test equipment improvements.
