QA Engineer

·       Investigate and deliver action plan for quality issues

·       Translate customer spec to guideline and/or WIs and/or SOPs and/or Technical documents.

·       Develop COA format

·       Set raw material specification

·       Validate material, machine parameter, models and provide parameters, knife checking, measurement form

·       Create and own validation master plan

·       Read and understand QA-06 Validation Procedure

·       Follow up and up date QA-06 Validation master plan

·       Report and ask for help for QA-06 Validation master plan

·       Calibrate measuring equipment’s

·       Lead plant quality improvement program

·       Measure products and materials as per specification

·        Download products specification from ENOVIA

·        Create waive control

·        Trigger ICN/ECN

·       To ensure that all produced parts or Process are of customer’s required quality and specification.

·       Knowledge of ROHS, REACH requirements and follow customer material specifications.

·       Minimum qualification for this position is vocational certificate with related work experience.

·       Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT).

·       1 years related working experience.

·       Knowledgeable of the QC tools in industry practice.

·       Spoken and Written languages: intermediate English
