Work with other departments to establish the processes to follow up the certifications and standards that the company committed to.
Train and guide QC staff on processes, implementation methods and quality standards.
Arrange and assign daily task to QC Staff.
Work with purchasing department to ensure quality of all materials, input samples, and supplier approvals.
Monitor, supervise and inspect the production process to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsible for finished product quality to comply with quality standards and specifications before shipping to customers.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues related to product quality/ provide quality records and documents when requested.
Work with the QC Staff, review the causes and propose solutions for defective products.
Design and improve quality inspection methods consistent with reality.
Plan and carry out internal audits.
Welcome audit teams from customers/third parties.
Create, store, review and update professional documents.
Prepare product drawings/designs.
Responsible for relevant reports.
Other tasks are assigned by line manager.
