QA Factory

Responsible for ensuring quality of raw materials and product compliance based on UA standard and customer requirement.

DUTIES & TASKS:

1. Assure quality of raw materials

• ​Supervise all activities about quality control of Fabric – Trims Input from sample to bulk production.
• Control Raw material QC team to do the internal lab testing and checking for Fabric – Trims to meet the customer’s requirement.
• Color matching, Handfeel, Pilling, Weight, Shrinkage, Skewing/ Bowing/ Twisting, Colorfastness, Printing durability, Tearing, Bursting…
• Approve LD base on pantone and comments from the customer, shipping sample, shadeband, develop new product…, also review and approval shade band for garment dye, pigment dye, acid wash….
• Risk Forecast: raise potential risk to avoid the raw material quality problem from the beginning
• Manage all kinds of testing including physical and chemical, work with the third party about the testing
• Manage the operation and maintenance schedule of testing machine
• Assist QA supervisor in solving problems at other sections which relating to raw materials and testing

2. Conducting and analyzing data

• Update data system and test reports.
• Analyze and review the raw material testing results and determines the acceptability of results in accordance with the approved specifications
• Handle tasks as assigned.
• When received fabric need to review color… but need to add review structure of the fabric.
• When we develop a running fabric with new supplier: Need to review and share comments and fail or reject to the purchaser.
• Important on CV on first conversation with them: Be sure they have good knowledge on a lot of kind of fabric and Testing method…
• Need to be able to do training to supplier about our standard

• At least College / University/Garment Tech/ Textile/ Chemical
• Minimum 1 years of experience in doing AQL inspection or Quality management job.
• Having experience 1 in garment material inspection is a plus
• Strong in making decision.
• Computer skills for making reports.
• Proactive and open-minded.
• Hard-working and integrity.
