QA Junior

Job Description

• This job is to carry out QA, QC management based on understanding pipe rolling manufacturing process such as rolling, heating, heat treatment, cutting for the production of seamless tube for auto parts and machine structure.

• Our manufacturing line is Vietnam's first seamless pipe manufacturing line, and you have a chance to be a specialist in Vietnam because you are in charge of the operation of the production line from the beginning.

Job Task

• SPC(Statistical Process Control), MSA(Measuring System Analysis) management

• Non-Destructive Process(UT, ECT) management

• Laboratory management (Chemical composition analysis, specimen preparation

• Process Quality Monitoring and Control

• Incoming inspection of raw material

• Review the customer specification and technical documents

• Graduated at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Metal Material Major

• English Skill (Speaking, Reading, Writing)

• Microsoft MS(Especially Excel) Skill

Preference

• Experienced in Quality Management System such as ISO9001(especially IATF 16949)

• 1+ year of production and facility manage experience in the steel manufacturing

• Experienced in Quality assurance and control

• Experienced in Test equipment management

• Experienced in Non-Destructive Test (over Lv.I or Lv.II)
