Mô tả chung / General description:
We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System. The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulations, while driving a strong quality mindset throughout the organization.
The Quality Manager works closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales and acts as the main quality interface toward customers, auditors, and suppliers.

- Maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Act as Management Representative for quality-related matters
- Prepare, lead, and follow up on IATF, customer, and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR)
- Lead customer complaint handling, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, CAPA)
- Manage and improve incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes
- Define and monitor quality KPIs, including scrap, rework, and customer PPM
- Support new product introduction (NPI), process changes, and APQP activities
- Apply and maintain quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities
- Train and coach employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Manage supplier quality issues and support supplier development activities
- Lead and develop the quality team (inspectors, engineers, technicians)
Yêu cầu công việc / Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in leading role in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with IATF 16949 (mandatory)
- Proven experience leading IATF audits (internal and external)
- Background in automotive, metal processing, machining or industrial manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, root cause analysis
- Practical, hands-on mindset with strong presence on the shop floor
- Good leadership and coaching skills in a multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working with international customers and standards is preferred
