QA Manager

• Manage the implementation to ensure the quality of product.
• Work with other departments to change/update SOP and WI.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Coordinate with production team to solve customer complaint and find out root cause and corrective action.
• Follow up all corrective actions to make sure that issue will not happened again.
• Control and calibrate measurement equipment in factory.
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audit
• Make weekly, monthly, yearly report.
• Ensure that all the requirements of compliances are followed.
• Ensure that all records must be fulfill and keep in proper way.

- Graduated from University

- Experience at same position at least 2-3 years, prefer in simliar industry

- Good knowlege of quality assurance system, ISO system

- Good English Skill
