QA Manager

Quality Management & Systems

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System at estron Vietnam.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits.
• Prepare and conduct the annual Management Review in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Ensure full product quality assurance from incoming to outgoing, including approval of outgoing shipments.
• Monitor and report product yield performance and quality targets.
• Handle quality complaints, claims, and IQAs, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Systems, Tools & Compliance

• Act as D4 Editor and support the estron Management System (D4) at the Vietnam site.
• Ensure D4 functions as a dynamic, up-to-date management system aligned with group standards.
• Support a close and effective quality cooperation between Denmark (DK) and Vietnam (VN).
• Manage and approve activities within DCS-VN.
• Responsible for the calibration process of measuring and testing equipment, including:
• Managing calibration partners
• Approving calibration certificates
• Analyzing measurement results and evaluating measurement methods
• Provide technical approval for investments and purchases of new measuring and testing equipment in cooperation with Operations and Quality Manager in Denmark.

Leadership, Training & Communication

• Participate in the Vietnam Management Team.
• Prepare the annual internal audit plan and act as Lead Auditor.
• Train and develop Internal Auditors and support quality awareness across the organization.
• Initiate and conduct quality awareness events, workshops, and training sessions (DCS & D4).
• Participate in customer and supplier meetings related to quality topics.
• Maintain the annual wheel for estron Vietnam.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of maintaining ISO 9001 certification and leading internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (especially ISO 9001) and internal audit methodology.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Experienced in using PDCA or other continuous improvement tools.
• Proficient in managing digital quality systems (D4, DCS, ...or equivalent).
• Ability to coordinate across departments and with international teams.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Able to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, auditors.
