Job Description:

-        Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

-        Prepare and maintain quality reports, records, and related procedures.

-        Manage calibration equipment records and maintain the measuring equipment master list.

-        Support internal and external audits, including audit preparation and follow-up actions.

-        Support continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

-        Carry out laboratory testing for raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

-        Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Working experience

-        At least 2 years of experience in QA field.

-        Knowledge of quality management systems and quality control tools.

-        Experience in handling customer and supplier complaints.

-        Familiarity with measuring equipment and calibration management.
