QA/QC – Garment Industry

• Conduct inline & final inspections to ensure products meet buyer standards.
• Review Tech Pack, approved samples and monitor production quality.
• Identify quality risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with AQL and customer requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.

• Kiểm tra chuyền (inline) và kiểm tra cuối (final) đảm bảo đạt tiêu chuẩn khách hàng.
• Rà soát Tech Pack, mẫu duyệt và theo dõi chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất.
• Nhận diện rủi ro chất lượng và phối hợp xử lý khắc phục.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ hệ thống AQL và yêu cầu khách hàng.
• Lập báo cáo kiểm tra và lưu trữ hồ sơ chất lượng.

• 2–4 years of QA/QC experience in garment manufacturing/export.
• Good knowledge of garment construction & AQL system.
• Experience with US/EU buyers is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive.
• Basic English communication.

• 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC ngành may mặc xuất khẩu.
•  Am hiểu kỹ thuật may và hệ thống AQL.
•  Ưu tiên từng làm việc với khách hàng Mỹ/EU.
• Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm và chủ động.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
