QA/QC Manager

OBJECTIVE

- Ensure that the quality management system complies with both domestic and international standards.

- Monitor and control the quality of input materials, production processes, and finished products to meet customer and export market requirements.

- Ensure that all departments fully comply with the company's procedures and policies related to rice products, in order to maintain product quality and meet customer requirements.

2.      Education

-        University Degree or higher in Food Technology, Quality Systems, Agriculture, or related fields.

-        This position must speak, listen and write English in fluent is advantage

-        Good working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, SRP, GMP, FDA, FSSC 22000, SMETA

-        Good knowledge risk analysis & risk system management, 7QC tools, Kaizen

-        Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill

-        Good knowledge of SAP software or ERP

3.      Experience

-        Experience in International Customers/Organizations

-        Experience in working with Farmers

-        Experience at least 5 years in the position of QA/AC Manager

-        Experience with implementing risk management systems in the Agricultural, F&B, FMCG, food production industry or Rice production is preferred.

-        Experience in managing compliance with food safety regulations in multiple countries

-        Experience in the development, implementation, and auditing of international quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, SRP, GMP, FDA, FSSC 22000, SMETA, C-TPAT)

-        Experience in implementing and building systems & risk management.

-        Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives

-        Work independently and under high pressure
