The QA Senior Executive is responsible for developing quality control procedures and inspection guidelines, ensuring that all new construction and renovation projects comply with quality standards and construction cost requirements across store development projects in the Northern region.
This role plays a critical part in safeguarding investment value and ensuring the long-term operational efficiency of both new and renovated projects.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for projects, ensuring proper execution and compliance with requirements.
- Participate in site inspections to ensure projects are executed and completed in accordance with regulations, national standards, GS25 standards, and construction guidelines.
- Join site surveys with other departments to assess site suitability, including layout feasibility, structural integrity, and other relevant factors for business operations.
- Identify and assess potential risks that may impact the project, such as safety issues, contractor capability, material supply capacity, and other risks affecting store operations after handover.
- Review and verify the quality of project completion documents.
- Evaluate equipment used in projects and provide recommendations regarding quality and functional suitability for replacement or removal.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
