QA STAFF (FABRIC INSPECTIONS)

1. Conduct fabric shipment inspection at designated fabric mill

• Inspect 10% of fabric roll each batch follow 4 points system and buyer's requeiment.
• Making inspection report after completed fabric inspection.
• Inform to fabric mill to settle fabric Quality issue if fail fabric inspection.

2. Review colour & upload report to MC system.

• Conduct color checking base on buyer standard for every batches.
• Update fabric inspection result report and upload in to system
• Share report to fab mill & releated party for next step.

3. Reporting the fabric inspection result

• Daily share fabric inspection result to all dept & releated party
• Highlight detail batches fabric rejected to related parties to avoid mis-use.
• Request PPC team & releated party for next step.
• Report all fab Quality issues to direct supervisors for further follow up & action.

4. External work with fabric mill

• Daily work with fabric mill people
• Timely call short meeting with fabric mill QC to fixing the issue before shipment fabric to Regent.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Management/ Business/ Technique

2. Years of Work Experience: At least 2 year experience doing fabric inspection in textile and knitted garments 

3. Technical Skills: Material Inspection as Q.A skill in previous job 

4. Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point

5. Languages: English
