Mô tả Công việc

  • Receive and manage customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Coordinate with related departments to investigate root causes.
  • Prepare customer complaint reports and submit corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Maintain and update complaint records, quality data, and related reports.
  • Communicate with customers regarding complaint handling progress when required.
  • Participate in internal audits and customer audits related to quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
  • Detailed jobs will be discussed further in an interview session.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemical, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in QA/QC or customer complaint handling.
  • Language: Can make report in English, can write and speak English.
  • Can use 7 QC tools and some analysis methods such as: 5WHY, FMEA, .. in real work (prioritize).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Having a sense of responsibility and dynamism at work.
