Supervise daily QA/QC inspection activities at IQC, IPQC and FQC to ensure product quality meets drawings, specifications, work instructions and customer requirements.

Manage the QC inspection team, including manpower arrangement, task assignment, training, performance follow-up and daily problem solving.

Review inspection results, NCR/MRB cases and quality issues, and ensure timely disposition and follow-up actions.

Coordinate with Production, QE, R&D, PE, PMC and related departments to investigate quality issues, identify root causes and follow up corrective actions.

Monitor quality data, defect trends and inspection performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Follow up product testing activities with the Lab team and ensure test results meet customer and internal requirements.

Support internal audits, customer audits and external audits, including preparation, coordination and follow-up of audit findings.

Assist the QA Manager in maintaining and improving the quality, environmental and compliance management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and RBA requirements where applicable.

Improve inspection efficiency to support production needs, shipment schedules and customer satisfaction.

Ensure the QC team follows 5S, safety, environmental and workplace discipline requirements.

Perform other tasks assigned by the QA Manager or Plant Manager.

University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing.

Experience in leading QC inspectors or a quality team is preferred.

Good knowledge of IQC, IPQC, FQC, NCR, MRB and CAPA.

Knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 13485, ISO 14001 or RBA is an advantage.

Able to collect, analyze and report quality data to support problem solving and improvement activities.

Good communication, problem-solving and team management skills.

Intermediate English communication skills and good computer skills.
