• Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and policies.
• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process (from raw materials to finished goods).
• Lead and supervise QA chiefs, QA supervisors, and inspectors across factories.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Review inspection reports and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct factory audits, supplier evaluations, and quality system assessments.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Support customer audits and handle quality-related customer complaints.
• Train QA staff and develop team capability.
• Participate in new product development to ensure quality requirements are met.
• 8–10 years experience in garment or textile quality assurance.
• At least 3–5 years in QA management or senior leadership role.
• Experience working with international brands/buyers is preferred.
