• Equipment Calibration
• Manage purchasing for QA department
• Control Analysis Data

Manage QA System

• Write, revise and review document, SOP, WI, Manual,..
• Prepare all document, record for set up new certification
• Prepare document and record Internal/ External Audit
• Control and make report for Customer Complaint and feedback customer
• Write new testing methods of raw material and QC other testing
• Manage QA system and QA system staff
• Follow and commit for KPI for QA system

Manage QC incoming testing

• Manage QC  incoming testing staffs including to Main material and Sub material
• Write, revise and review document, SOP, WI, Manual,..
• Set specification of  raw material
• Training staffs for internal about QA system and QC incoming testing
• Follow and commit for KPI for QC testing incoming team
• Annual audit supplier
• Quality incoming data statistics and report
• Quality Data Statistics and report
• Report direct to QA head of department.

* Working conditions:

1. Workplace: Lot A1-6, N5 Street, Cu Chi North west Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)

2. Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quality, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.).

• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of ISO, GMP, SMETA and QMS implementation.

• Experience in quality issue handling audits, and Gemba walks.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good English and proficiency in MS Office.
