QAQC Manager

1. Job Purpose

Lead and manage all QAQC activities to ensure products meet customer requirements, legal regulations, and international standards. Oversee the QMS, supervise inspections, reduce defects and waste, and drive continuous improvement for higher efficiency and profitability.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, assign, supervise, train, and evaluate the QAQC team.
• Implement and improve QMS, ISO, inspection standards, and quality procedures.
• Control quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Handle customer complaints, non-conformances, CAPA, and audit requirements.
• Monitor supplier quality and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and improvement plans for BOD.
• Lead compliance, audit, and 5S activities across the factory.
• Perform other tasks assigned by BOD.

3. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in metal fabrication, including at least 3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes: laser cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, and quality control.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, and 5S.
• Experience with customer audits and quality systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and ability to work under high pressure.
