Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Inspection Schedule with Clients, follow up the progress of inspection and provide feedback or solve the abnormal issues from inspection
  • Complete self-check report by following the requirement of Clients, e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Momax, etc.
  • Assist on Quality Audits, e.g. ISO9001, FSC Audits and submit CAPA after audits
  • In charge of third-party tests for new products and annual tests for regular products
  • Make Daily statistics and report of abnormal quality data from production
  • Assist superiors in summarizing customer complaints records and filing
  • Responsible for daily factory inspection data statistics and follow up solving of the issues
  • Assist in handling the composing, updating, and maintenance of quality system documents
  • Update the monthly quality inspection report.
  • Other tasks assigned by Superior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • College or above, min. 3-year experience on Quality  
  • Proactive and accountable
  • Good communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good language capability, either fluent English or Chinese
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc.
