QC Executive

Dunlopillo Vietnam is looking for an experienced professional in ISO, Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) to join our team and contribute to maintaining world-class standards in product quality and environmental sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QMS Compliance (ISO 9001)

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
• Maintain and update SOPs related to QMS.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on non-conformance (NC) closure.
• Support RCA and Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Coordinate with Production/Quality teams on Pre-Production Approval (PPA) and related quality checks.

2. EMS Compliance (ISO 14001)

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on waste, emissions, and energy usage.
• Support initiatives to reduce waste and environmental impact.
• Coordinate with Factory teams on safe handling/disposal of hazardous materials.

3. Audits, Inspections & Certifications

• Assist in preparing for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits.
• Conduct internal audits (supplier audits when required).
• Maintain compliance documentation and reports.

4. Training & Continuous Improvement

• Provide basic training on QMS/EMS procedures.
• Support quality and sustainability awareness activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environment, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in ISO/QMS/EMS roles.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and basic experience with internal audits.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate with Production/Quality/EHS teams and follow compliance procedures.
• Male candidate preferred; age 25–40.
