QC Manager-Footwear

1. Directly responsible for production monitoring, quality assurance/final inspection, technical issues in production management.

2. Develop production strategy and quality assurance strategy for the company, and communicate and implement it effectively across the production team.

3. Collaborate actively with Planning Director to ensure reasonable factory allocation, taking into consideration of costing, development ability, lead time and production capacity.

4. Set goals for all the levels in the production team and review with the team members.

5. Review the daily/weekly/monthly KPI data and work out improvement plan as necessary.

6. Resolve special cases.

7. Set budget plan.

Vietnamese speaking is a must. Chinese speaking is a plus.

1. Shoemaking and AQL knowledge are a must.

2. Able to manage a team globally.

3. Extensive knowledge of footwear production and supply chain.

4. Strong reputation for integrity and ethics.

5. Effective time management skills, communication skills and highly organized.
