QC Officer- Food Blending Factory

Job Summary: 

• Assist QA Supervisor in the implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of Quality Food Safety Systems and External Certifications such as FSSC 22000, HALAL, Authority inspection  ...
• Assist QA Supervisor in the products’ quality management system
• Responsible for QC in plant and production monitoring

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Perform routine checks and inspects incoming materials follow procedure and report. deviation or non-conforming to superior.
2. Monitoring daily production, and support production activities.
3. Monitoring process parameters control & quality control points of production.
4. Responsible for production cleaning, sanitation program and personal hygiene control in the factory.
5. Perform routine checks work in process, finished products and report deviation or non-conforming to superior.
6.  Carry out the Lab analysis of Raw Material and Pack Material, samples from the process, semi-product, Finished products..
7.  Perform investigation and traceability together with relevant team in case customer complaint, audit or production issue.
8. Assist QA Supervisor in problem solving relating to quality of products and production issue
9.  Assist QA Supervisor for the implementing and maintaining of FSSC 22000/ISO 9001/ Halal system, internal/External audit.
10. Monitoring for Pest control system of the factory.
11. Training for factory staff relating to Food safety regulation, personal hygiene, process control and quality standard
12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education    :           Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Biology

Age              :           25 years up

Experience  :           At least 2 years’ experience in QA/QC staff position in Food manufacturer

Experience in Food Blending factory with FSSC 22000 certified is preferred

Experience in the lab of Food Blending factory is a plus.

Have knowledge about asset integrity process safety (AIPS)

Soft skill:                 Effective communication skill

Computer skill:        MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) at basic level

Foreign languages: English at communication level
