Responsible to supervise all junior QC supervisors and Team leaders
Technical support to Production during production process
Plant Quality control system
Audit regularly to make sure 100% White Wood inspection policy/WI to be done/follow properly
Create training material and Training for QC.
Make sure for quality inspection system to be followed up with the defined quality policies correctly, such as basing on FOP, PFP, CAD, TD specifications…
Support to the subordinate when needed
Coordinate with production team and ME to solve quality issue each other,
Support root cause and making NCR when needed,
Responsible for coordinating with the relevant teams to review mock-up products, FOP…
Go around to look and support the QC during inspection
Meeting with the QC to show them the mistake that they need to improve
Suggestion to improve quality in production and Corrective action plan
Making the report and Quality standards needed when requesting by QC Manager
Review production plan to ensure all checklist, color panel, Jig/tool are ready - Weekly
Other duties to be assigned by QC Manager .
