QC Staff (Raw materials)

In order to fulfill the above-mentioned responsibilities, the QC staff is requested to perform the following tasks:

• Ensure that quality control of raw materials is properly conducted according to the work instructions of the QC Department.

• Check the quality of raw materials delivered to the factory.

• Inspect the quality of new raw material samples supplied by the Purchasing Department and report the results to the QC Manager.

• Analyze all raw materials according to the required specifications.

• Inspect blocked raw materials before they are processed in production.

• Report testing results to the QC Manager and complete records as required.

• Keep, store, and dispose of samples as requested.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• University graduate in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.

• Computer literate with intermediate English proficiency.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in the food industry are welcome.

• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems is an advantage
