QC SUPERVISOR (FURNITURE)

- Provide assigments to quality control and make sure that people follow through.

- Daily management of shift quality control team.

- Assist the Quality control Management with handling incoming NCR’s.

- Support Production and Purchasing with information and clear problem identification so that they can take steps to improve their operations/those of suppliers.

- Supervise the production process, ensuring that the production department follows the approved process.

- Participate in analyzing quality problems, recommending preventive and corrective measures.

- Continuous internal quality audits in production to deploy daily/monthly report.

- Measuring equipment calibration control.

- Follow up on samples and control new products.

- Control 5S in Quality department.

-     College degree in Quality management/Production management/Woodworking with at least two years of relevant working experience or a minimum of 5 years of wood working experience.

-     Strong knowledge in woodworking processes, woodworking machinery and wood.

-     Strong in communication, people management, and training.

-     Able to handle automated systems and Microsoft.

-     English is an advantage.
