Mô tả Công việc

  • Quality Control Management:
    1. Supervise daily quality control operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    2. Monitor production processes to identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
    3. Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product consistency.
    4. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
    5. Control input and output quality to ensure compliance with standards.
    6. Establish and adjust raw material and packaging material quality standards according to customer requirements.
    7. Develop quality plans and evaluation criteria for production before and during manufacturing.
    8. Coordinate with related departments to assure product quality across operations.
    9. Manage compliance with ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, and other quality systems.
    10. Supervise QC staff to ensure tasks are performed as required.
    11. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, and establish operating procedures for inspection tools.
  • Continuous Improvement & Projects:
  1. Lead & enhance product safety & quality
  2. Develop & Implement standadized procedures & quality documents
  • Training & Development:
    1. Train and mentor QC staff to strengthen technical knowledge and inspection skills.
    2. Provide guidance on quality standards, testing methods, and reporting practices.
    3. Maintain training records and support career development within the QC team.
  • Data analysis & reporting:
    1. Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
    2. Prepare accurate reports on inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
    3. Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
    4. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Has responsibility to fulfil the assigned works and report to direct manager and department head.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food quality environment
  • Good English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in shifts
