QC SUPERVISOR

1. Color assessment

• Responsible for color assessment for all customers UQ, PUMA, ADIDAS, ANF,..;
• Responsible for color assessment for inventory from Sales request;
• Work with QA to handle issues when QA reports customer complaints: find cause, explain, analyse;
• Prepare meeting content, information, related documents, color shading list for color meeting with related departments.

2. Monitoring QC colorist team

• Monitor and support OQC team to handle requests from department heads, QA, Sales, MER;
• Coordinate and allocate work to members on QC color team and take responsibility when problems arise.

3. Manage color approval process

• Responsible for monitoring the color approval process and if there is any abnormality, find solution and discuss with the department head and Dyeing;
• Build and change the process appropriately, change the forms, forms, and ways to store documents related to color approval;
• Prepare internal documents for customer audit.

• Education: College degree above in major: Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Garment Engineering, or related field;
• Experience: At least 3-year on Manufacturing industry, experience in the Textiles and/or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
• Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
• Knowledge & Skill: Knit/woven fabric characters; Problem solving; Work independently; Leadership.
