QC Technician - District 9/ Bình Dương (Đại Đăng)

The IPQC/OQC technician is responsible to check production/process compliance and inspect the semi-finished goods and finished goods. He/she is able to perform conformance audit as well as troubleshooting.

NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Perform In-Process Quality audit to check the compliance of production operator, machine setting, production handling following to working instruction, check card and IPQC form.

• Perform Outgoing Quality Control for the finished goods, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards before shipping by following check card and OQC form.

• Provide decision for the non-conformance/ unsure products raised by production operators by following to check card and cosmetic criteria.

• Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.

• Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition.

• Perform compliance audit to detect potential issue/risk proactively.

• Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue.

Education

• Qualified education from mechanism, electronic, automation, industries.

Experience

• At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC.

Knowledge

• Using ERP system to traceback material, PO#, SO#,..
• Able to read drawing.
• Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, height gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,...)
• Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly.
• Can use Microsoft office software.
• Able to read and write in English is plus.
