Mô tả Công việc

1. Develop, implement, and continually improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with customer expectations, internal global standards, and BRCGS requirements.

2. Establish and maintain quality procedures and documentation to support food safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to organize and maintain critical documentation such as audit records, HACCP plans/flow diagrams, product specifications, NCPs, CAPAs, traceability reports, hold/release logs, and supplier documentation.

4. Lead the preparation and execution of internal audits, third-party certifications, and customer audits.

5. Act as the main point of contact for audit bodies, customers, and internal teams regarding quality-related documentation and compliance inquiries.

6. Oversee and manage all Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) such as calibration, pest control, hygiene and cross-contamination control, and utility systems.

7. Continuously monitor, update, and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and food safety systems.

8. Measure and analyze quality parameters at every production stage raw material input, in- process checks, final product, packaging, and dispatch ensuring compliance with internal and customer specifications.

9. Maintain and control all quality documents, batch records, and traceability systems; investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Issued on July 15th, 2022 Version 1 Page 1 /2 TNA-HR-SP-01.02.37

10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in response to customer feedback and internal findings, contributing to the development of proactive food safety and quality culture.

11. Provide requested quality-related documents and support to customers, traders, and auditors.

12. Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure consistent implementation of GMP, SSOPs, CCPs, PRPs, validation, and training programs.

13. Execute any additional tasks assigned by the QFS Manager or Factory Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related majors.

- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing companies.
