QMS

Guarantee the deployment, effectiveness and permanence of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Activity of Site, consistent with the Group Quality Approach and orientations from the supervising entity.
Provide this guarantee with an efficiency that aligns with Group performance requirements.

 METROLOGY

Supervise the metallurgy operator to achieve the analysis standard,

Investigate and examine the performance of metals and give the analysis report

The QMS of the activity / site :

1. Under the responsibility of the Quality Guarantee Responsible, drives and supports the QMS deployment in his/her activity / site, consistent with the orientations of the Group and the supervising entity and based on the appropriate Quality assurance measures.

2. Analyzes, defines and coordinates, in coordination with the QMS guarantor of the supervising entity, the implementation of changes in requirements (external and internal) in the QMS of the site / activity.

3. Assists the Process Owners in describing their processes and in choosing and implementing effectiveness and efficiency indicators.

4. Assesses the application and use of QMS in the activity / site and recommends the implementation of improvements.

5. Assures the availability of current and relevant QMS documents. (i.e. Group documents, Referentials and standards, …).

6. Provides expertise in Michelin Quality System (MQS), industry and Group standards and methods to operational people and conducts training / information and awareness actions.

7. Coordinates the activities necessary for the Management Review of the activity / site.

8. Coordinates actions for preparation, realization and follow up of internal and external quality audits in the activity / site. Assures that the internal quality audit program is focused on Quality risks by assisting the activity / site in the selection of focus areas and coordinates the resulting actions (corrective and/or preventive) of the activity / site.

9. Contributes as an expert to the evolutions of the QMS of the activity / site, in coordination with the QMS Guarantor of the supervising entity.

10. Conducts internal quality audits of the QMS when requested :

• Respecting the principle of independence regarding the audited entities,

• Respecting the rules and recommendations from the Group for the implementation of audits,

• Following the audit criteria (internal and/or normative) defined with the requestor.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Metrology, Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.)
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Quality system and/or Metrology at the manufacturing factory instead of 5 years.
• Leadership experience: 1-2 years of experience
