QS Engineer (Kỹ sư dự toán)

Maestro Vietnam is a Design & Build company specializing in Construction, Interior Fit-out, Joinery, and MEP projects. We are looking for an experienced QS Engineer with a strong background in Quantity Surveying and Procurement knowledge to join our Commercial Team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project quantity records.
• Source suppliers/subcontractors, request quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Prepare and review payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Support price and commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement activities, material delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with Project, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with experience in Procurement.
• Experience in Construction, Interior Fit-out, Joinery, or MEP projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, cost control, payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Practical experience in RFQ, quotation evaluation, supplier/subcontractor coordination, and purchasing.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; good command of English is an advantage.
